Nantwich Town are pleased to announce the signing of midfielder Ethan Mitchell on a one-month work experience loan from Plymouth Argyle.
The 18 year old plays primarily in defensive midfield but has also been known to fill in at centre back. He has made one first team appearance for Plymouth, in the EFL Trophy against Newport last season, and previously spent a spell on loan at Plymouth Parkway.

Late goals from Connor Heath and Sean Cooke helped to pull a draw from what was looking like a damaging defeat in a thrilling 2-2 draw against Stafford Rangers.

Nantwich Town can confirm that Prince Haywood has left the club to rejoin Radcliffe.
Signed at the end of January 2020, Prince made his debut in the February of that year and went on to make 42 appearances for the Dabbers, scoring 3 goals, two of those being memorable long range strikes against Basford and Redditch.

Belly's Back! Matt Bell re-signs for the Dabbers
Nantwich Town are delighted to announce the return of fan favourite midfielder Matt Bell to the club.
Bell first joined the Dabbers in May 2015 from Kidsgrove Athletic having started his career out at Mansfield Town before being released.
He subsequently signed for Leek Town in 2012 and became a key figure for them, featuring in their play off push during the 2013/14 season.
He moved to Kidsgrove in January of 2015 and spent the second half of the 2014/15 season with them.

Sean Cooke’s 100th goal for Nantwich Town helped them to a hard-fought 3-2 win over Stalybridge Celtic at the Optimum Pay Stadium.

Nantwich Town retained the Eddie Morris Memorial Trophy with a 2-1 victory over Whitchurch Alport at the Optimum Pay Stadium.

Nantwich played out a creditable goalless draw with Wolves’ development squad at the Optimum Pay Stadium.
The Premier League academy brought a combination of their under-23s and under-18s squads to face Dave Cooke’s side, and were given a great run for their money.

It’s time to get excited again Dabbers fans, as today the Pitching In Northern Premier League fixtures are released. Everyone will be keeping their fingers crossed that it is third time lucky in getting these 22 teams through a complete season, so with all the Covid caveats in mind, let’s take a look at some of the stand-out games and when they’re happening.
